Site Inspection - When using a new hotel, or in the event that Client requires a site inspection, Baskow & Associates will send a Meetings Manager to the site on behalf of Client.
On-line Reservations Management - A customized registration web site will be developed for your program. As your attendees register, e-mail receipts are sent to each individual confirming receipt of request, and a follow up e-mail with confirmation number, hotel address and telephone number is sent as soon as hotel arrangements are confirmed. All data collected from registrants is submitted via SSL to ensure security. Registrant reports are submitted regularly to designated Client representative with total room block, usage by date/hotel with guest name and any other information requested by Client.
On-Site Rooms Management - Baskow & Associates will provide an on-site rooms manager to insure that your guests are accommodated at the various hotels. Our on-site rooms manager will be available by 24-hour pager to resolve any questions, concerns, hotel overbooking, changes, etc.
Online Rooms Management
Website Development - We will register and maintain a unique domain for your program's online reservation system. Depending on the needs of the program, the site can vary from a simple registration form and information page to a more extensive informational site which includes a registration component. All sites requesting credit card information from the user employ the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt communications between the client and server.
Reports - The reservations received are monitored for arrival/departure patterns, meeting participation, scheduling, and function space allocation allowing us to be responsive on your behalf. This proactive approach enables you to make timely and well-informed decisions in all areas of your program affecting the final budget and achievement of your goals.
