VIVA LAS VEGAS

The Viva Las Vegas party is truly the perfect welcome reception to your guests’ Las Vegas experience. From a replica of the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign to card fans, showgirls, feathers and casino chips there are a ton of Vegas imagery to get your guests fired up for the rest of their stay in the true “Entertainment Capital of the World.”

Entrance: Our fabulous welcome to Las Vegas collage entrance complete with running lights, showgirl, casino chip stack and more will be positioned around a double door entrance to the event. This piece will be finished off with clusters of palm trees and white up lights on either side of the doorway to accent the individual pieces positioned here. 12’ red carpet and chrome stanchions with black ropes will complete this “very” Vegas entrance.

Table Décor: Tables will be covered in alternating black, blue and red satin to the floor and topped or zebra overlay to create a little Vegas fun. Each table will be topped with an oversize martini glass filled with pave red roses picked with real white playing dice. Hotel chairs will be covered in black satin chair covers with alternating red and blue satin ties. (reverse of the photo) Black satin napkins will be given to banquet staff to coordinate.

Hotel bars will be surrounded by our stunning red leather tufted bar fronts. Around the bar areas will feature tall cocktail tables draped in alternating red, black and blue satin to the floor and topped with our chrome café lamps glowing in plain white light.

Perimeter Décor: The perimeter of the room will feature our beautiful showgirl headdress inspired feather and chiffon columns in white chiffon with glowing red centers to coordinate with the centerpieces. All of the vignettes will be finished with up lit tree groupings it with coordinating blue light. In addition to the columns, we will place 5’ casino chips, oversized dice stacks, and 4’ card fans, each of these vignettes will be surrounded by clusters of palm trees.

Stage Décor: The stage décor will consist of a 3-D Las Vegas skyline backdrop, which will have small cutouts for windows to be lit from behind in the color or colors of your choice. Skyline can either be done in black (as shown) or it can be painted white to replicate previous stage backdrop used by client.
