TIFFANY SPARKLE PARTY

Entrance: Guests will enter into tonight’s event through the sparkle and shine of a truly extravagant entrance. We will place our 10’ gold columns on either side of the doors of tonight’s entrance, these columns will be swaged softly with blue, gold and white velvet, for the sparkle we will drape a section of crystal beaded curtain from one side to the other. In place a the normal custom sign we will take a piece of milk plexi glass and up lit in blue and cut into the shape of a diamond with the client’s logo and/or verbiage, this piece will be hung from the top corner of the left side column. Additional pieces of the milk plexi glass will be placed at the base of the columns and lit in blue and amber lighting. Lush clusters of trees and a white carpet runner will complete this entrance.

Perimeter Décor: Around the perimeter of the room large 26’ crystal beaded curtains can be hung every 10’ – 15’ along the wall (this will be hung by hotel staff; client will be responsible for charges). At the base of each beaded curtain we place a large cluster of lush greenery with up lighting in blue, to reflect off of the curtain around the room.

Stage Décor: Tonight’ stage will start with black velvet drape as a backdrop, with swags of gold and blue along the top. Every 5’ we will hang a 3’ section of the crystal beaded curtain, clusters of lush greenery and up lighting will complete this entrance.

Table Décor: Hotel tables will be covered in a Tiffany blue satin to the floor with a sheer white sparkle overlay. Each table will be topped with short clear container on top of this container will be an arrangement of white calla lilies, white anthurium, one gold feather, and one silver feather, all in a bed of clear stones. Hotel chairs will be replaced with gold backed chameleon chairs with a gold satin seat cushions. Gold satin napkins will be given to hotel staff for placement. Buffet tables will be covered in gold satin with the same blue satin for fluff. Buffet centerpieces will be tall pilsner vases filled with clear stones with an arrangement of silver and gold feather extending from the center.
