TREASURE IN THE DESERT
Guests will be enchanted by bright colors, flowing fabrics, and lush greenery as they enter into this evening’s oasis in the desert.
Pre-Function: Tall cocktail tables will be covered in alternating bright satin colors as shown below and topped with a beautiful beaded scarf. A cluster of three mosaic votives with battery operated tea lights will complete these tables.
Entrance: As guests enter into tonight’s events they will pass an extraordinary Arabian garden. Framed with our stunning hand painted Arches, we will continue on either side of this entrance with an assortment of large and small hand-painted urns in bright colors. Each of these amazing urns will have soft swags of vibrant fabrics, cascading out and flowing to the next urn. Clusters of lush greenery with bright white up lights will complete.
Custom Signage: A custom sign can be done in classic Arabian style to welcome guests to tonight’s events. This sign can be placed on a golden easel to one side of the entrance among the lush trees.
Perimeter Décor: The extravagance of the entrance will be carried into the perimeter of the room. We will place assortments of hand-painted pots and urns in front of panels of brightly colored fabrics hung from the ceiling. Surrounding each of these arrangements will be more clusters of lush palm trees. Bright up lights will complete each of these areas.
Table Décor: Tables will be covered in alternating teal, red, fuchsia and blue satin to the floor, as an overlay for these tables we will use alternating colors of sheer organza. These tables will be topped with an assortment of Moroccan lanterns, each being lit up from within, all placed at different heights on top of a colorful Moroccan scarf. Chairs will be covered in black satin with a coordinating satin tie. Buffet tables will also be covered in the brightly colored satin alternating from station to station. Instead of the organza, we will fluff with only the scarves. Lanterns will be positioned in a bed of colorful floral on a small riser at each station for added drama. Coordinating napkins will be supplied to the banquet staff for table placement as well.
Stage Décor: A Moroccan desert backdrop will be the focus of this stage. On either side of this backdrop we will place more of our stunning hand-painted Moroccan arches, these will be draped with flowing colorful fabric. Additional clusters of palm trees with urns and pots will be placed around the base of the arches.

Stage Décor: Serpentine shaped drape in liquid silver is the backdrop to your stage. 20’h x 30’w Silver Drape on curved expanders.
Table Décor: Your guests will be seated around crystal clear 60” round glass tabletops. The center of the table is filled with crystals and huge diamonds and tiny battery-operated lights to create the luminosity only a diamond can release. The centerpieces will be a tall, narrow vase filled with the same diamonds dripping from the top. White chair covers with a crystal band are at each place. Glowing ice chairs, as pictured, would be a wonderful complement and are shown as an option.
The highboys can be one of two options: Crystal clear acrylic highboy filled with crystals and diamonds lit from beneath or White flutter linen with under-lighting in soft blue.
Optional Enhancement: Acrylic bars, 8’ long are also available. These will be filled and lighted in the same manner as the highboys.
