PHANTOM OF THE OPERA

The Phantom of the Opera commands you to join him for an unforgettable evening…May 17, 2007.

We will transform the ballroom into an unforgettable evening of dark elegance, inspired by Andrew Lloyd Weber’s spectacular new production of “The Phantom of the Opera.” From the moment guests enter the dimly lit ballroom, they will be transported into a world of days gone by...Paris, circa 1910. Tables will be lit from overhead, clothed in linens of Bordeaux Penne Velvet, with coordinating chair covers of Bordeaux Penne Velvet. On each dinner table, a 24-inch round beveled mirror in a Rococo gilded frame will be placed as the foundation for brass and antique brass (alternating) Candelabras which hold floral arrangements of deep Red Charlotte roses. Each Candelabra will hold 4, 24-inch battery pack candles. Additionally, at the base of each arrangement, we will place the infamous “Phantom Mask”.

Chargers will be either clear glass with gold beading or gold leafed melamine chargers. Napkins will be Bordeaux Satin. Napkin ties will be tied by a 24 inch gold silk chord with a gold tassel on each end, three groupings of 3, battery pack votives in frosted containers per guest table, will add to the ambiance and theme of the evening. On each charger, we will place a single, signature red rose.

For the evening’s entertainment, we will proudly present selections from Andrew Lloyd Weber’s “Phantom of the Opera” starring three of the worlds finest performers and featuring Anthony Cravella, Las Vegas’ own Phantom!

For entrance décor, we would recommend draping of Bordeaux Penne Velvet, swagged back and tied with heavy gold silk tassels, placed on either side of a red carpet runner. Other than dozens of flickering battery pack votive candles randomly placed around the room, (place don Bordeaux covered oversized faux candlesticks ranging in height from 26” to 48”) we do not recommend perimeter décor in the Ballroom. We do recommend overhead lighting on the dinner tables, to keep the focus of the event theme and its guests. A Phantom themed night will provide a spectacular and memorable evening like no other!
