BLUE HAWAII

Hawaii meets Vegas…Elvis style. A fun tropical event with blue hues and lush atmosphere will take your guests to an event that even Elvis would love to attend.

Pre Function: Hotel tall cocktail tables will be covered in a soft tropical blue print to the floor and topped with a small tropical arrangement in a coconut half. Small drink umbrellas will be the final touch to these poolside style centerpieces.

Entrance: As guests enter the room they will be greeted with lush cascading greenery over 2 of our 3’ working stone fountains with soft trickling water. These will be backed with contemporary angled walls of real bamboo at different heights. Large clusters of up lit palm trees, ferns and fresh tropical floral will be accented with a slight blue hue via gels in just a few of the up lights. It is also our suggestion that Elvis and a few hula girls hand out silk Hawaiian leis as the guests enter. A custom sign on a hand painted “blue” surfboard will be positioned in the foliage to one side of the entrance with a white up light.

Table Décor: Hotel tables will be covered in an assortment of shades of blue satin to the ground. Instead of an overlay, seated rounds will have a bamboo mat at each place. Each table will be surrounded in natural wood folding chairs and will be topped with a dramatic tropical floral accented with lush tropical greenery (subject to seasonal floral). Hotel buffets will be fluffed with the same blue tropical print as in pre-function over sand colored table drape. In addition, large ice carvings of surfboards with the client’s logo will be up lit in blue and will be positioned in the center of the buffet areas and surrounded with fresh tropical floral. Coordinating sand colored satin napkins will be provided to hotel staff for table placement.

Perimeter Décor: To continue the blue surf theme of the event, an assortment of blue surfboard with an array of Hawaiian and Vegas graphics will be positioned around the perimeter of the room and surrounded with up lit palm tree clusters and faux stone. Hawaiian inspired directional signs, thatched umbrellas and blue tiki gods will further accent these areas. Surrounding hotel bars will be our thatched bar fronts that fit easily around a standard hotel bar. Palm tree clusters and blue up lights will be positioned on either end of each bar as well.

Stage Décor: The hotel stage will be backed by a stunning beach scene with the only and only ELVIS in blue letters surrounded by traditional Vegas style lights as if it had just been removed from a marquee. This place will be finished off with additional blue surf boards, tree clusters, bamboo and blue lights to further enhance the Blue Hawaii effect of the décor.
