ASIAN FENG SHUI

The Asian atmosphere has taken the club scene by storm in LA, Las Vegas, New York and more. The influence can be seen in a number of new dance clubs and restaurants all over the world and we have taken this idea to establish the same lounge type atmosphere here.

Entrance: Guests will enter into tonight’s exclusive club through a contemporary red Zen arch. This arch will be framed in thick black wood posts, which will enclose sections of milk glass. The pieces of milk glass will be backlit in red light. The blue arch will be completed with plush red carpeting, black ropes and stanchions on either side.

Table Décor: Dining rounds will be topped with alternating black and gold satin to the floor with a red dragon overlay. Each table will be topped with an assortment of sizes and styles of paper lanterns, which will have the client’s logo placed on each. Tables will be surrounded by black chiavari chairs to complete the elegant look of the evening. Tall cocktail tables will be covered in coordinating linens to the floor with only one of the paper lamps on each table.

Perimeter Décor: The perimeter of the room will feature sections of our 8’ tall shoji screens. Each section consists of the three panels measuring 4’ in length per. Lit red paper lanterns will be hung at different levels from the shoji screens. Finally each vignette will be finished off with Palm and Bamboo clusters with accent up lighting. In addition to the shoji screens, we will place areas of lounge seating in the form of black square ottomans, each area will include square black end tables. We recommend replacing hotel bars with our stunning black and chrome bars complete with coordinating bar back, the front inserts in each bar will be replaced by client logo.

Stage: The stage will be backed up with our stunning black candle wall section. Battery operated votives will be placed in the nooks of the wall to illuminate the piece. Finally, additional bamboo and palm trees will be placed on either side of the wall to finish the piece.
