Exhibitor Information

IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of Friday, 2 April, REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Due to the overwhelming interest in this event, we have approached attendee capacity and have closed registration. Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Air Force Worldwide Real Estate Symposium, we hope to see you at the next WWRES. The target audience for this program is Air Force Realty Specialists, Real Property Officers and Asset Managers.  Contractors must be sponsored by a government representative to attend.  Special registration requests must be submitted through the Contact Us page prior to registering.  

There is a maximum of (2) exhibitors per company may attend; Exhibitor registration does not include access to WWRES training and other optional activities. Exhibit space will be assigned based on the order received. All registrations must be received by March 15, 2010. 

Exhibit Fees

$300 per exhibit space; Optional activity fees are additional.

Exhibit Location

The exhibit will be held at the Omni Hotel San Antonio – Colonnade; 9821 Colonnade Blvd, San Antonio, TX  78230. Exhibit space is limited to 10 spaces based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Exhibit Information

  • All exhibit spaces will be assigned by Workshop logistics coordinator

  • Exhibit space limited to contractors providing real estate services to the Air Force

  • Exhibit tables will be located in the foyer outside the Grand Ballroom. While a diagram is not currently available, each table will be labeled prior to the morning of set-up.

Exhibit Timeline

  • Tuesday, 11 May 2010, 7am – 5:00pm and Wednesday, 12 May 2010, 7am-5:00pm

  • Set-up to be completed by 7:30am each morning

  • Tear-down to be completed by 7pm, 12 May

  • Exhibitors may set-up and staff their space at their own discretion. However, boxes should not be moved during WWRES training hours, 8am-5pm.

Table top Exhibit Dimensions

  • Each exhibitor will be provided a skirted 6ft table and 2 chairs

  • All exhibitor materials (signage, handouts, graphics, etc) are limited to table top items only.

  • Representatives are allowed to distribute marketing handouts; however, due to government regulations, marketing gifts are not permitted!! The hotel does not permit distribution of any outside food or beverage.

  • Electricity not provided at exhibit space.

Shipping/Loading

Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own set-up, tear-down, shipping, etc.
