You can pay for the course with a Credit Card, Check, or Purchase Order. 
 
If paying with a Purchase Order, please have the PO Number and the PO Administrator's contact information available.  
There is a place on the next-to-last page of the registration form to fill that in.
If you are awaiting your PO from your business office you can still register - 
on the PO Information page, just let us know the PO Administrator's contact information and 
the approximate date the PO will be available.  
When the PO is ready, fax it to us at 702-733-2052.
