a Credit Card, Check, or Purchase Order.
If paying with a Purchase Order, please have the PO Number and the PO
Administrator's contact information available.
There is a place on the next-to-last page of the registration form to fill that
in.
If you are awaiting your PO from your business office you can still register -
on the PO Information page, just let us know the PO Administrator's contact
information and the date the PO will be available.
