If you are registering more than 5 attendees from one school or district, please note the following procedures and rules:

• The first 5 attendees must be individually registered online using the link below

• The sixth attendee must be a paper registration - please use this form and fax to 702-944-6630

• All registrants need to be on the same PO or paid on the same credit card/purchase card.  

• Free registration is only for conference fees, it does not extend to technology purchases or hotel arrangements

You can pay for the conference with a Credit Card, Check, or Purchase Order. 
 
If paying with a Purchase Order, please have the PO Number and the PO Administrator's contact information available.  
There is a place on the next-to-last page of the registration form to fill that in.
If you are awaiting your PO from your business office you can still register - 
on the PO Information page, just let us know the PO Administrator's contact information 
and the date the PO will be available.  When the PO is ready, fax it to us at 702-733-2052.
