The registration deadline for this event is September 6th.  After submitting your registration information, you will be sent a confirmation to the email address you've listed on this form.   

Travel Dates: 

  • Arrival: October 16, 2011

  • Departure: October 18, 2011

We will make your airline reservations, e-ticket booking, based on group block space we have reserved for this program.  Please be sure to note your departure city and airport preference on the registration form.  If you have any questions regarding your air reservations please contact Meridian Travel Services at meridiantravel@baskow.com.  Upgrades will be at your own expense. Please note the closest airport is John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA). Once your registration form has been received, an email will be sent to you within 72 hours, confirming your airline itinerary. 

Extensions
You will automatically be ticketed for the travel dates associated with this program.  Arrival in Southern California is Friday, October 16 and your return flight home will be on Sunday, October 18.  Any extensions or deviations from the group dates or group program will be at your own expense, along with applicable research fees regardless of availability.  If you wish to extend your stay in Southern California beyond program dates, please indicate this in the travel information section of the registration form.  You will be responsible for any resulting increase in airfare.
