From Orange County Airport (approximately 13 miles):
Exit Airport on Airport Way To I-405. Take I-405 North towards Long Beach. Exit I-405 N at Beach Blvd. Merge towards Huntington Beach. Continue on Beach Blvd 5.7 miles resort on right hand side.

From Long Beach Airport (approximately 18 miles):
Exit Airport on E. Donald Douglas Dr. Turn right on N. Lakewood Blvd. Turn left on E. Willow St. Take the I-405 South towards San Diego. Take Beach Blvd. exit towards Huntington Beach. Turn left on Center Ave. and right on Beach Blvd. Continue on Beach Blvd. 5.7 miles resort on right hand side.

From Los Angeles International Airport (approximately 38 miles) and Points North:
Exit Airport towards Century Blvd. Take S. Sepulveda Blvd. to the I-105 East ramp towards Norwalk. Merge East on I-105 towards I-405 South towards Long Beach. Take I-405 South to Beach Blvd towards Huntington Beach. Turn left on Center Ave. and right on Beach Blvd. Continue on Beach Blvd 5.7 miles resort on right hand side.

Climate
Huntington Beach enjoys some of the finest weather on the planet, including mild summers and winters and scant rain. Temperatures during the month of November average between a daytime high of 74°F and an evening low of 51°F.

The hospitality desk will be located in the hotel conference area and hours will be posted daily.  Consider this desk your headquarters for all assistance, special notices and questions.

Travel Directors will assist attendees on site and will be easily identified by their name badges.  Feel free to call upon them during planned functions or at the hospitality desk.  They will ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your trip, so please do not hesitate to contact them if you need assistance.

Name Badge
At check-in, you will receive a name badge.  Please wear it to all planned activities as a courtesy to fellow travelers and to identify yourself as a member of our group.

Meals
All breakfasts will be provided during the group program, as well as lunches and dinners listed in the daily itinerary.  Meals at leisure are at your own expense unless otherwise noted in the itinerary.  Any food and beverage ordered from your hotel room or the hotel restaurant and bar outlets will be at your own expense.

Incidental Expenditures
Upon your arrival at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa you will be required by the hotel to leave an imprint of your credit card for any personal incidentals.  The hotel will maintain a separate account for these charges, such as laundry, telephone calls, in-room movies and additional hotel activities purchased separately from group program services.  Please settle any incidental charges with the hotel cashier prior to checking out.
