A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Jennifer Patino

As we embark on a new year, we approach a more budget driven client with increasing competition in the marketplace.  Our focus for 2008 is to continue to develop strong relationships with our clients while delivering exceptional service at a very reasonable price.  Business ethics, superior service and strong relationships will be the factors I believe that will separate the leaders of our industry and will continue to provide growth and opportunity in the  events industry for destination management companies.  Over 70% of our clients repeat with us at least once per year and these long term relationships have led to a better understanding of each client's expectations, their meeting goals as well as allowing Baskow to create and execute their events in a cost effective manner.  Less marketing dollars are spent to develop "new" business and more of Baskow's resources can be used to support their existing clients development of events to create memorable results!
Kindest regards,

Jennifer Patino

CAROLING IN THE COMMUNITY

Once again, Baskow enjoyed a wonderful evening of sharing the holiday spirit with the community.  It has become an annual tradition to go caroling to various assisted living facilities, charities etc. during the holidays.  This year we collected games, puzzles, blankets and more to give to our friends and every person also received their own miniature Holiday tree!

Joined by various strategic partners in the industry, local entertainers, family and friends, we had another wonderful evening visiting with people and spreading holiday cheer!
